/acceptCantonTransfer

Receiver-initiated accept of a pending Canton transfer that is awaiting our acceptance.

The pending inbound transfer is identified by its on-ledger TransferInstruction contract id, which is surfaced to clients via getBulletins as a CANTON_TRANSFER_ACTION bulletin. The instruction must be tracked locally; the receiving account and address are resolved from the local record and the server enforces the pending status / executeBefore deadline. To accept an instruction that is not tracked locally, use acceptExternalCantonTransfer instead.

Returns a clear error if the instruction is unknown locally, no longer pending, or past executeBefore. Use getPendingAcceptTransfers or CANTON_TRANSFER_ACTION bulletins to obtain valid ids.
