Retrieve both Cold and MPC contacts' signed data.
This endpoint is part of the transaction flow detailed at https://docs.gk8.io/api-v19/sending-transactions-from-the-api. See the linked article for output example.
Notes:
In case of not providing ColdDataId/MpcDataId, or if they were provided but the contacts' data has been changed, response contains a list of the signed contacts, in the fields ColdContactsData/MpcContactsData, in FunctionData field, and the new hash data ID, in the fields ColdDataId/MpcDataId, in Meta field.
In case of providing ColdDataId/MpcDataId, but the contacts' data has not been changed, response contains null in the fields ColdContactsData/MpcContactsData.

cold_data_idstring<p>string of data hash of all the account's last known Cold contacts given by calling getAllContacts API call.
