/getBulletins

getBulletins calls all the bulletin data to fill the Alert, Transaction approval and Administrative approval tabs on the proxy, desktop or mobile app. The type of bulletin data is defined using the bulletinTypes parameter and has 3 values: Alert = 0, TransactionApprovalRequest = 1, AdministrativeApprovalRequest = 2.
