/getDecimalsForStarknetToken

Retrieves the decimal places configuration for a specific ERC20-compatible token on Starknet. This information is essential for properly displaying token amounts in user interfaces and performing accurate calculations with token values. Most tokens use 18 decimals (similar to ETH), but some may use different decimal configurations.

The function queries the token contract's decimals entry point using the standardized ERC20 interface. This decimal value indicates how many decimal places should be used when displaying the token amount to users. For example, a token with 18 decimals and a raw balance of "1000000000000000000" should be displayed as "1.0".

This is a read-only operation that does not modify blockchain state and does not require gas fees to execute. The function internally calls evaluateStarknetSmartContractTransaction with the standard decimals entry point.
