/getPendingAcceptTransfers

Returns the inbound (receiver-side) Canton transfer instructions addressed to the account's address that are still awaiting our acceptance, queried live from the Canton node (on-ledger), together with each instruction's details.

Call before acceptCantonTransfer or acceptExternalCantonTransfer. acceptCantonTransfer requires local tracking; acceptExternalCantonTransfer does not, but querying here first avoids late on-ledger failures.

The address must be a Cold, Hot, or Wallet address of the account (for Canton the formatted address is the party id). Only transfers whose transfer instruction is still live on-ledger, pending receiver approval, and before its executeBefore deadline are returned.
