/getWithdrawableTransfers

Returns the outbound (sender-side) Canton transfer instructions that the account's address can still reclaim via withdrawCantonTransferByInstructionId, together with each instruction's lifecycle status.

The address must be a Cold, Hot, or Wallet address of the account (for Canton the formatted address is the party id). Only transfers whose transfer instruction is still live on-ledger are returned; their ids and statuses are queried live from the Canton node, where status is one of "pending", "rejected", or "expired" (a rejected/expired transfer is still returned when the token does not auto-refund and the instruction remains live).

Call before withdrawCantonTransferByInstructionId to list valid sender-side instruction ids. Not needed for withdrawCantonTransferByToken when you already have the token.
