/starknetStakingExitDelegationPoolAction

Finalizes the delegation pool exit process by withdrawing tokens that were previously marked for undelegation. This function can only be called after the protocol-defined lock period (typically 21 days) has elapsed since the exit intent was expressed using starknetStakingExitDelegationPoolIntent.

Upon successful execution, this function transfers the undelegated tokens and any unclaimed rewards to the delegator's specified addresses. This completes the full undelegation cycle and removes the delegator's stake from the validator's pool.

IMPORTANT: You must wait for the 21-day lockup period before calling this function after expressing exit intent with starknetStakingExitDelegationPoolIntent.

Return: Transaction details for the delegation pool exit finalization.

Input Example: starknetStakingExitDelegationPoolAction(1, "0x0225...DDB7b9", "0x0175...A767", 10000000000, 1000)
