POST

Enables a delegator to transfer their delegated stake from one validator's pool to another, facilitating dynamic delegation strategies and validator optimization. This function allows users to redistribute their stake without fully undelegating and re-staking, providing more efficient validator switching capabilities.

The switch operation maintains continuous delegation while redirecting rewards to the new validator. This is useful for delegators who want to optimize their staking strategy based on validator performance, commission rates, or other factors without losing staking rewards during transition periods.

IMPORTANT: You must undelegate the amount you want to switch using starknetStakingExitDelegationPoolIntent before calling this function.

Return: Transaction details for the delegation pool switch operation.

Input Example: starknetStakingSwitchDelegationPool(1, "0x0225...DDB7b9", "0x0755...C78C6", "5000000000000000000", 10000000000, 1000)
