Address Groups
Often, it proves efficient to consolidate addresses into address groups for convenient management within transaction policies. The purpose of this article is to outline the process of achieving this.
An address can belong to only one address group.
Viewing Address Groups
Address groups can be viewed in the Address Groups tab of the Addresses panel.

This view offers an overview of the following details for each address group
- Names of existing address groups
- Number of addresses included in each group
- When each group's settings were last updated
- Addresses of contacts belonging to each group
The “X more” label indicates additional addresses within the group. Hovering over this indicator will reveal a text box with the additional addresses.
Action buttons
- Edit - The pencil icon allows the admin to make changes to an existing group. To add or remove members of an existing group, click the edit button.
- Delete - The bin icon deletes the group.
- View - The expand icon allows you to view the group settings.
Once selected, the following details will be shown:

Creating a New Address Group
- Click the Create group button. The editing screen opens.
- Name the group.
- Select addresses to add to the new group.
