Administrative Policies
The Administrative Policies tab outlines how the system manages administrative tasks and approval processes. These policies significantly impact the system's security, management, and overall control. Each action category is assigned a priority number and an associated approval workflow. When a change request triggers multiple policies simultaneously, only the workflow with the highest priority is executed. The priority hierarchy ranges from 1 (highest priority) to 11 (lowest priority), and the order of actions within this hierarchy can be adjusted as needed to accommodate evolving approval processes.
