The desktop Transactions page
Introduction
The Transaction Page provides a comprehensive record of all transactions associated with your account, including completed transactions and those currently in progress.
The details in a transaction record vary based on the transaction’s currency and direction. Some currencies do not use certain fields, such as 'memo,' while others may not disclose the source of inbound transactions.
Access the Transactions page by clicking the Transactions button.

Overview
The Transactions Page is divided into two sections. At the top, Search and Filter functions allow you to find specific transaction records easily. Below, a table displays all transactions performed on the system and updates according to your selected search criteria and filters.
If no specific criteria are set, the table displays all transactions associated with the account set in the account menu at the top of the screen.

Sorting the Transactions
Machine and Account filter
The Transactions Page displays transactions based on the currently selected account and machine type (uMPC or Impenetrable Vault), as indicated at the top of the screen.

Search and Filter

The Search tool allows users to find all transactions containing specific text from the Description field. In the Desktop and Mobile apps the Description is added using the Add Note option.
Six filters also allow the user to refine the list of transactions based on the following parameters:
- From: Lists transactions sent from this address or addresses.
- To: Lists transactions sent to this address or addresses.
- Status: Lists transactions in the selected state(s). Transactions change status several times, some lasting only briefly.
- Currency: Select one or more currencies from a list of all active currencies.
- Initiator: Filter transactions based on the system user(s) who requested them.
- Date: List transactions that occur during a specific timeframe. All time periods operate as a rolling window starting from the current moment. For example, if it is 15:34 in the afternoon, selecting "Today" will show all transactions from 15:34 yesterday onward. Available options:
- Today
- Past week
- Past 30 days
- Past 90 days
- Past year
To set filter parameters, select the filter type and enter or select the parameter checkbox. Select as many filter parameters and fields as needed. Each selected parameter becomes shaded and the number of fields selected also displays.

Remove a field by deselecting the checkbox or by selecting Clear filters.
Transactions overview
The body of the Transactions Table displays a condensed summary of each transaction. Clicking anywhere on the row expands the selected transaction to reveal additional details. Only one transaction can be expanded at a time.

Condensed transactions
In a condensed transaction view, seven fields are visible without expanding the record:

- From: The originating address of the assets, often called the "Source." The address may be shortened but can be viewed in full by hovering over it.
- To: The destination address where the assets are being sent, often called the "Destination." It may also be shortened but can be expanded by hovering.
- Amount: Displays the cryptocurrency amount, its symbol, and possibly its fiat value.
- Currency: The cryptocurrency transferred.
- Initiator: Identifies who initiated the transaction. If the source is outside the Custody Infrastructure system, many currencies will display "External." If initiated within the system, the requesting user is shown.
- Status: The current state of the transaction.
- Date: The date and time the transaction was created (in DD/MM/YYYY).
The statuses should be understood as follows:
Filter Status Name | Table Status Name | Meaning | Conditions |

|

|

- The transaction status is either Confirmed or Sent.

- txID: The unique identifier for the transaction.

- Transaction Data: The raw input data or script used for the transaction. Up to three items are displayed: Tx Data, Contract Data and the dApp URL.

Interpreting the statuses
Each status shown in the table reflects one (or more) statuses visible to the platform's database. While the transactions on the desktop provide plenty of information, digging into the database can reveal even more details
